The hostel was neat and clean, with a welcoming staff. Well-maintained and systematic with card key access to doors and lockers. Great beds and cool AC. Helpful in arranging day tours and bike rentals. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Female dorm felt comfortable and had spacious lockers. Clean bathroom area.

It was also close to the airport, making it easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the free tea and coffee that was available all the time. it was a good experience.

The common area could get hot and humid, making it uncomfortable to stay for long periods of time.

The security measures were excessive and annoying, with triple tapping required to access the bedroom area, room, and even the locker. It was frustrating having to carry the keycard everywhere, including the bathroom, and it caused inconvenience when forgetting it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The location was great, with a mall nearby for shopping and dining options. The hostel had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, which was perfect for a peaceful getaway. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the shower water had a strange salty taste to it, which was not very pleasant.
